System Maintenance

Planned Maintenance

  • The standard system maintenance window is the second and third Sunday of every month between 6:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M. Eastern Time. Note: Not every maintenance window will be used for maintenance.
  • There will be occasions where the standard maintenance window will not be sufficiently long for major maintenance such as required for patching and upgrades. These schedules will be negotiated with business owners on an as needed basis and usually do not occur more than twice per year. These events will be posted here in advance.

Unplanned Maintenance

  • There may be occasions where systems are not available for unforeseen reasons. Zimmer will post information about these occurrences here.
