Quattro® Link Knotless Anchors

The Quattro Link Knotless Anchor brings control, strength and efficiency to soft tissue repair. The unique eyelet/cleat design allows for controlled tensioning in rotator cuff repair, with the ability to accept up to 8 suture limbs to accommodate all types of tears.  The vented, PEEK anchor body provides a strong, stable and reliable platform for lateral row fixation in rotator cuff repair (519N pullout strength*).

Surgeon-Controlled Tensioning After Anchor Insertion

Unique eyelet/cleat design allows tension to be set, held, and reversed (if needed) by the surgeon after anchor insertion, and maintained throughout final deployment.

  • The Quattro Link Knotless Anchor is designed to address over-tensioning in rotator cuff repair (no need to visualize tension prior to anchor insertion).

Anchor Accepts up to Eight (8) Suture Limbs or Six (6) Tape Limbs

Quattro Link Knotless Anchors easily accept up to eight limbs of #2 MaxBraid™ Suture or six limbs of BroadBand™ Tape, offering versatility based on the surgeon’s preferred technique.

  • The ability to load multiple sutures allows surgeons to use one less anchor in some cases, resulting in less cost and time.

Multiple Suture Fixation Points Between Anchor and Bone

Internal cleat mechanism locks suture inside of the anchor during final deployment, in addition to interference fit with bone.

  • With multiple fixation points, suture fixation is less likely to be dependent on bone quality.2

Self-Punching Option

The 4.5 mm self-punching Quattro Link Knotless Anchor combines a titanium tip with a PEEK anchor body to allow for fast and efficient deployment.
