Instrumentation for total knee replacement with a traditional approach
Premier® Total Knee Instrumentation is designed for conventional total knee replacement. Enhanced functionality allows for reproducible and reliable results.
Distal Femoral Resection Guide
- Distal resection dial allows from 1mm to 11mm of resection in 1mm increments
- Valgus adjustability from 0-9 degrees
- Magnetized for quick connection and disconnection
- Cut block adjustability proximally using +2mm pin holes
Proximal Tibial Resection Guide
- Protects the patella tendon during tibial resection
- Adjustable tibial stylus ranging from 0-10mm for medial or lateral use
- Extramedullary tibial jig features quick-release buttons for resection depth, varus/valgus and slope adjustments
A/P Sizer
- Color-coded sizing on frame and anterior stylus
- External rotation feet in 0, 3 or 5 degrees or adjustable dial feet in 0-10 degrees
- Sizer may be adjusted up to 4mm anteriorly (in 1mm increments) by using the anterior adjustment tool
Femoral Four-in-One Block
- Sizing on proximal portion of block allows for quick identification
- Converging pins add additional stability during resection
- M/L dimensions are the same as respective femoral component
Posterior Stabilized Box Preparation Guide
- Chisel and oscillating guide or milling guide options
- Anterior portion of guide allows for visualization of the anterior flange and placement of the femoral component
- Both guides feature bone conserving, open and closed box options
Tibial Sizing and Stem Preparation
- Alignment handle connects to tibial baseplate for simple tibial sizing
- Tibial drill tower locks onto baseplate, accepting either cruciate fin or I-beam punch
- Tibial baseplate punch allows for both stem preparation and trialing without removal from the bone, reducing the number of surgical steps
