Microplasty® Elite Knee Instrumentation is designed for use with both traditional surgical methods as well as minimally invasive techniques. This instrumentation allows for minimization of soft tissue trauma that occurs during total knee arthroplasty.

Distal Femoral Resection Guides
Antero-medial Guide

  • Curved geometry
  • Freedom to position guide in the antero-medial femoral quadrant to reduce soft tissue retraction
  • Valgus angle not altered by guide mobility

Anterior placement

  • Utilizes Microplasty® Slidex® or fixed distal resector for anterior block placement
  • Integrates a claw to secure the resection guide during fixation

  • Stylus telescopes and rotates for ease of insertion under soft tissue
  • Stylus locks into vertical position to provide accurate sizing
  • Modular handle provides additional stability during insertion

Femoral 4-in-1 Resection Block

  • Fixed, low-profile block body
  • Slidex® mobile anterior and posterior captures
  • Additional pin holes for enhanced block fixation

Universal PS Box Resection Guide

  • Low profile
  • Premier™ sizing wings may be used for medial/lateral component positioning
  • Bone conserving box resection for all femoral sizes
