OSS™ Orthopedic Salvage System

The OSS Orthopedic Salvage System is a comprehensive, modular platform providing intraoperative flexibility often required during limb salvage procedures.  This system delivers multiple replacement options for patients suffering significant bone loss resulting from tumor resection, ligamentous deficiencies, trauma, bone deformities and/or the correction of previously failed total joint arthroplasty.

  • System Modularity- The OSS System features a universal taper allowing complete interchangeability within the system including use with the Compress® Device, OSS Modular Arthrodesis System and the IM Total Femur System.
  • Highly Porous Fixation Options- OsseoTi® Porous Metal sleeve and augment options offer additional fixation providing approximately 70% porosity directly mimicking the architecture of human cancellous bone.1,2*
  • Modernized Instrumentation Platform- Provides surgeons with the ability to adjust resection lengths intraoperatively in 0.5 mm increments for more accurate bone replacements.
  • Reduced Size Offering- The OSS Reduced Size (RS) components offer a variety of replacement options for treatment in small adults and adolescents (12-21 years)
